The Fisher Pepper Company is a family owned business operating out of Jacksonville, Florida. We have happily shared our peppers and pepper creations since 2020, helping friends and family add spice and flavor to their meals, sauces, and dry rubs.

All of our peppers are grown organically from seed to harvest without the use of any pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. All of our peppers are grown organically from seed to harvest without the use of any pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. Please note that any Scoville Heat Unit ratings on this website are estimates. Each pepper, even of the same type from the same plant will vary in heat. We have not ourselves had our peppers lab tested. Any SHU measurements referenced are industry standard generalized ratings for that pepper variety and actual peppers will show some variance.

The REAL happiest place on Earth, our primary garden is a blend of chile pepper plants, flowers, wildlife, and other garden features that provide a nurturing environment for our peppers as well as an enjoyable getaway from the stress of everyday life. More than a few Carolina Wrens, Northern Cardinals, Hummingbirds, Downy Woodpeckers, and Red-bellied Woodpeckers have seen fit to hatch their chicks there. Mockingbirds love to sample our Tabasco peppers and a variety of insect life contribute to the constant tug of war of nature. In the absence of man-made toxins, we have found that nature always manages to correct any excesses or deficiencies. We are happy to sacrifice some peppers to the exigencies of Mother Nature in the interest of staying out of the way and letting her work her magic.
