Aji Charapita

The Aji Charapita pepper is a small, berry-like pepper that is yellow to orange in color.  While small, it is fiery and packs a decent heat punch.  It has a floral to fruity, tangy, and sweet flavor profile and goes great in salsas.  This pepper originated in the Amazonian region of Peru.
